Short and plain. By applying you accept these terms.

Your code

Approved riders get one personal discount code. Customers who use it get 5% off products. The code cannot be combined with other product or order discounts.

Your credit

For every order placed with your code you earn a share of the product value, after discounts, excluding VAT and shipping. You start as Rider with 3%. 4 orders with your code within 60 days make you Pro (5%), 10 make you Factory (7%). The level of an order is fixed when the order is placed and counts the orders with your code in the 60 days up to it. On top: a 5 € bonus on your first order of 50 € or more (excl. VAT and shipping). The bonus is paid once per rider.

Credit is added to your Zix store account 21 days after the order has fully shipped, so that returns and withdrawals within the legal period can be taken into account. Cancelled, returned or refunded items do not earn credit; partly refunded orders earn on what was kept.

Store credit can only be spent at zixracingparts.com, is not paid out in cash and cannot be transferred.

Fair use

Orders you place yourself with your own code do not earn credit. Publishing your code on coupon or deal websites, paid search ads on the Zix brand, spam, or misleading claims are not allowed. We may pause or end a rider account and withhold credit earned through misuse.

Changes

We may change or end the program. Credit already added to your account stays valid under the terms in force when it was added.

Your data

We store your name, e-mail, social profiles, bike and country in our Shopify customer records to run the program. Riders see their own orders only as order number, date and value; no customer names or addresses are ever shown. Questions: info@zixracingparts.com.
